SEN. AKPOTI-UDUAGHAN UNVEILS SENATE PLOT

Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, representing Kogi Central Senatorial District, has made some shocking allegations against the Senate leadership. In an interview on Human Rights Radio, she claimed that the leadership is plotting to suspend her in an attempt to silence her voice.

This comes after a heated confrontation with Senate President Godswill Akpabio over the reassignment of her seat in the chamber. Akpoti-Uduaghan believes this move was a deliberate attempt to sideline her and limit her visibility during legislative proceedings. She pointed out that her new seat is in a location where cameras don't capture, effectively silencing her.

But that's not all - Akpoti-Uduaghan also alleged that she's been excluded from major international events and denied official travel privileges. She was even removed from a Senate committee due to accusations that she diverted resources from the Niger Delta to the North.

Despite facing harassment and having her privileges denied, Akpoti-Uduaghan remains committed to delivering for her constituents. She's called for fair treatment and equal opportunities within the Senate.

It's worth noting that Senate President Godswill Akpabio has previously apologized to Akpoti-Uduaghan for a sexist comment he made during a plenary session. However, Akpoti-Uduaghan's latest allegations have yet to receive a formal response from the Senate leadership.
