The entire student body of the National Union of Izon-Ibe Students (NUIS) Worldwide, under the leadership of its 61st National President, Senior Comrade Josiah Temeoweimienbi Precious, has commended the Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Chief Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro, Ph.D, for his unwavering commitment to educational development and empowerment of the Niger Delta youth.
In a statement released by the Union, NUIS applauded Dr. Otuaro for the successful and consistent implementation of the PAP Education Scheme, particularly the recent scholarship awards extended to students across various ethnic groups and states within the Niger Delta region.
The Union described the ongoing educational interventions as a clear testament to the PAP Boss’s dedication to fulfilling his promises and advancing the welfare of Niger Delta indigenes, with special emphasis on the student community.
“We are deeply appreciative of the support and opportunities provided through the PAP Education Scheme. These efforts not only uplift individual lives but contribute to the overall intellectual and socio-economic growth of our region,” the statement read.
Senior Comrade Josiah Temeoweimienbi Precious reiterated NUIS's readiness to collaborate with the PAP Office in ensuring the continued promotion of peace, unity, and sustainable development in the Niger Delta.
“The leadership of Dr. Otuaro has given renewed hope to our students and youth. We stand in full support of his vision and remain committed to working hand in hand with the PAP Office to secure a better future for our people,” he affirmed.
